Instructions for use

Audaz Planchas It can be used to clean various types of surfaces, such as: ovens and griddles, hood filters or fryers.

For cleaning ovens and griddles, the oven or griddle should be between 60 and 80 degrees Celsius before applying the product directly to the surface. Once you let it sit for a few minutes, the grease will be removed. All you need to do is add a little water and remove the loose dirt with a scraper, damp cloth, or scouring pad. Then, rinse and let the surface dry.

Hood filters: In this case you should immerse the hood filters in a 3 to 10% solution of Audaz PlanchasDepending on the level of dirt, use warm water. After letting the product sit for 20 minutes, simply rinse and let it dry.

Deep fryers: You must fill the deep fryer with a 3 to 10% solution, that is, 150 to 500 ml of Audaz Planchas per liter of water. Then, start the fryer and let it boil for 10 to 15 minutes. Once it has cooled, empty the fryer and remove any residue stuck to the walls. Rinse thoroughly with water and let it dry. It is not recommended to use it on aluminum because it can release irritating fumes.
